Chaga: 

Chaga has a light, earthy, bitter flavor with hints of vanilla due to the vanillin in chaga. The same flavoring compound found in the vanilla bean.  It pairs exceptionally well with coffee, chocolate, honeybush, vanilla, butterscotch, and peach. 

Lions Mane: 

Has a mildly sweet, earthy, and umami flavor. Pairs well with lucuma, vanilla, cashews, thyme, garlic, cinnoman, cardamom, cacoa

Reishi: 

Reishi mushrooms have an earthy, bitter taste that pairs well with sweet, salty, savory, or sour flavors. Try it with chocolate, citrus, or add to your coffee.
