To make our salt, sea water is collected in remote areas of the San Juan Islands, where it is routinely tested for purity to support local seafood commerce. We harness the power of the sun during summer months, and greenhouse structures to produce this incredibly fresh salt.

 

This salt is as fresh as it comes and a real treat to work with in the kitchen or on the grill.
